This year marks a significant milestone for CMK Family: ten years since the launch of the Code of Conduct and Ethics. It is a moment worth pausing on, not simply as an anniversary, but as a reflection of who we have chosen to be as an organization over the past decade. Over the last years we have continued to face integrity issues and as a company we have a zero tolerance policy against such.

A Code of Conduct is only as strong as the people who live it. Over the past ten years, our Code has shaped how we treat our customers, how we deal with our suppliers, how we hold ourselves accountable internally, and how we make decisions when no one is watching. It has guided us through growth, change, and challenge, and it has consistently reminded us that how we achieve results matters as much as the results themselves.

I want to thank every employee across our branches who has upheld these values daily, often in ways that go unnoticed. Integrity is rarely visible in the moment; it shows up in the report that was not falsified, the shortcut that was not taken, the concern that was raised instead of ignored. That quiet consistency is the real foundation of our reputation and our long-term success.

As we mark this anniversary, I encourage each of you to make a recommitment to the standard it represents. Our business will continue to grow, our markets will continue to evolve, but our commitment to ethics, integrity, and compliance must remain constant.
