Quality Inspector
We’re hiring a Quality Inspector to join our Quality Control team at KVM, Thika. If you have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2+ years’ experience in Quality Control within vehicle assembly or a similar environment, and strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, we’d like to hear from you. In this role, you’ll inspect vehicles throughout the assembly process, identify and report defects, support root cause analysis, and work closely with production teams to maintain OEM quality standards.

Assembly Technician
We’re hiring an Assembly Technician to join our Production team at KVM. If you have a Diploma or Certificate in Automotive or a related field, 2+ years’ experience in an automotive environment, and strong skills in vehicle assembly, technical drawings, quality inspection and problem-solving, we’d like to hear from you. Apply your technical skills, contribute to quality vehicle builds, and be part of a team focused on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Welding Technician
Are you experienced in welding and fabrication and skilled in producing strong, quality welds? Join our Production team and help us build to the highest standards. You’ll need a Diploma or Certificate in Welding or a related field, at least 2 years’ experience in welding and fabrication, and knowledge of welding best practices and safety procedures. Experience in structural work or the automotive field is an added advantage. If you have the skills to build it strong and build it right, we’d like to hear from you.

Paint technician - KVM
Are you skilled in automotive surface preparation, spray painting and paint reworks? Join our Production team and help deliver quality finishes that meet our standards. You’ll need a Spray Painter Grade III Trade Test or equivalent, a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, knowledge of automotive paint processes and surface preparation, and strong attention to detail, safety and quality. If you have the skills to get the finish right, we’d like to hear from you.
