CFAO Mobility Kenya apprenticeship Program is geared toward training the next generation of fully-fledged Service Technicians. At the end of the apprentice program the trainee is expected to:-  

• Carry out periodic maintenance – Vehicles sold by CFAO Mobility Kenya
• Carry out inspections and basic repair of mechanical, electronic and electrical systems
• Prepare and explain technical reports

CFAO Mobility Apprentice Program uses a combination of the following:

• Classroom based training,
• E-learning
• Practical training and
• Application of learning through On Job Training (OJT) – *coached and mentored by CFAO Mobility Certified Technicians
• Personal development

For a candidate to be considered for the program below are the minimum qualifications:

• KCSE mean grade minimum C+
• English C, Maths C and Physics C and above
• Completed Certificate or Diploma in Engineering
• Working experience in Automotive
• Age – 27 years and below

The expected duration of the apprenticeship program is two years – Annual contract engagement based on Trainee performance.

After successfully completing the course, the Apprentice may be (depending on the availability of opportunities) deployed in any of our Branches Countrywide.
