2.       JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for the provision of administrative support to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service, parts and sales, to grow branch profitability.

 

3.       MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
  • Ensure accurate and timely job costing and invoicing in accordance to the company policy.
  • Update on WIP and consumable stores counts at the branch to reconcile all the physical results with the system data for accurate reporting, within the required timelines.
  • Support the BU manager in the preparation of the branch budget to ensure the budget is timely.
  • Follow up on suppliers’ invoices at the BU to facilitate timely payment by the finance department.
  • Ensure achievement of service revenue budget through accurate and timely costing of all workshop sublet jobs and a smooth running of the workshop.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the workshop staff uniforms and overalls as per laid guidelines and safety measures.
  • Purchase and procurement of various needs within the BU needed for business purposes.
  • Follow up on consumable usage and ordering.
  • Ensure smooth and profitable operation.

Minimum level of academic and professional  qualification required to perform effectively in the role
Diploma in business administration or related field

A certificate in an automotive-related course gives an added advantage

 

Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role
3 years relevant working experience in a similar role from an organization of similar size in operations
